DESCRIPTION: This series consists of three sets of financial records related to the financial transactions of the cemetery. The first ledger documents accounts receivable. Ledger columns include the date of the transaction, the name of the person, receipt numbers, and information about perpetual care and lot agreements. The second ledger documents financial transactions in yearly summaries, grouped by transaction type. The third set of records are account sheets for each individual purchaser documenting each individual transaction with the cemetery.

ARRANGEMENT: The general ledger records are grouped by transaction type, thereunder alphabetical or chronological.

RELATED RECORDS: Series 84794, CEMETERY PLOT RECORDS, documents the burials and locations of graves.

FINDING AIDS: The purchaser account sheets are arranged alphabetically by first letter of the purchaser's last name. Each letter of the alphabet is preceded by a list of names appearing on the account sheets.

PROCESSING NOTE: This series was filmed in 1970. Archival processing was completed by Arlene Schmuland in September 1999.
