Series 21216

DESCRIPTION: This register documents burials in the Hyrum cemetery. Register columns include the entry number, the ward in which the deceased lived, the name of the deceased, names of relatives, the birthdate and birth place of the deceased, the death date, cause of death, name of the medical attendant, and the location of the grave. Not all columns are completed for all individuals.

ARRANGEMENT: Entries are arranged chronologically by date of death.

PROCESSING NOTE: This register was filmed at the Utah State Archives in 1999. Archival processing was completed by A. B. Schmuland in May 2002.
