DESCRIPTION: The Attorney General issues advisory opinions on questions of law upon request from a Utah State agency or County Attorney. This series is made up of opinions related to sales tax questions. Each opinion consists of the originating request and the Attorney General's response.

ARRANGEMENT: Numerical by opinion number.

RELATED RECORDS: Series 7191, OPINIONS (FORMAL) contains all formal opinions issued by the Attorney General's Office regardless of subject.

FINDING AIDS: A subject and statute index to these opinions is located at the beginning of the reel.

PROCESSING NOTE: This series was archivally processed by Arlene Schmuland in August 1998. Documents were removed from binders. The series was filmed in 2002 and the hard copy destroyed.
