DESCRIPTION: This is an index of incorporations and related documents filed with the Juab County Clerk. The series provides the name of incorporation, the number assigned to the incorporation, and the list of documents pertaining to each incorporation. The documents include Articles of Incorporation, incorporation bonds, amendments to the Articles of Incorporation, notices, oaths of office, clerk' s certificates, and annual reports.

PROCESSING NOTE: Incorporation records and indexes were first scheduled as permanent records in 1978. The index was microfilmed by the Utah State Archives in August 1985. The entire series was archivally processed by David Clark in June 1996.
